Whilst at my consultation, I was advised i could choose to select a lens type (polarising) which i was later (the following day) advised was not suitable for the type of frames I had selected. Perhaps my advisor should have known this, thus saving several phone calls and a rushed alternative choice?

Great customer service from start to finish. Nigel the Optometrist was totally professional in every respect and was very thorough in examining my eyes. I was not rushed as I have been elsewhere and I have every confidence in the prescription Nigel gave me. I will certainly use Boots at Ely again as well as recommending them to my family and friends.
